I was looking for more
information on George and Emma's daughters. Do you know where they are buried? I assume
they are with their husband's family somewhere.

I have that Ida Hulan married a "Powell" and later a "Pitts". Did Maude marry a
"Hemmer"? I ask this because there are two baby Hemmer's buried in the
Hulan Cemetery.

Also, I remember my Grandmother telling me there was a crazy man
buried on the hill. I'm thinking she meant Clarence Hulan because he killed

I visited the Hulan cemetery a couple weeks ago. The only marker that
is still in place and legible is George and Emma's.

My brother and I visited Johnathan and Eliza's grave a couple weeks
ago. There has to be at least 20 more graves there. There is one
that is not listed on the website I
tried to submit it but the e-mail bounced back. It is for a baby
"Stanfield" born December 1929. They almost installed the amerigas tank on top of it. I thought that
was illegal. It is clearly marked with a headstone and footstone. It is very legible.
