I have two articles from the Search for the Passengers of the Mary John, on William Hulbert and his descendants. Both say that William Hulbert II, son of the emigrant, married a third time to Hannah Whitaker, widow of John Hulit of Concord.
Neither says where this came from, but they give three general sources, and I could use lookups to see what it says on this marriage.
Hale-House and Related Families, by D.L. Jacobus et al. p 449. I think that is one of the better known New England genealogical works.
