Dora, If the History of Windsor is "The History of Ancient Windsor" by Stiles, I can get you copies of pages @ $.10 per copy from our library. I'm not sure how to get them to you, but if you have any suggestions I'm interested. Page 449 of "Hale, House and Related Families" gives the names of children of William Hulbert. One of his wives was Ann, widow of Samuel Allen. On the same page is Joseph Allen b. 20 Nov 1672, at Northampton, Ma; page 452 mentions a son Joseph born to Samuel and Mercy (Wright) Allen whose son was Gen. Ethan Allen. If either of these are the Joseph Allen you were inquiring about let me know.
Stiles book has maps (although quite small) of early Windsor. I blew one up ( Windsor 1633-1650 it's between pages 148 and 149 of Vol. I) so I could read it and it shows S. Allen lot south of Marshall.
