Okay, I checked. I have: William George HULEN married Mary Elizabeth (Polly) Swain 23 Dec 1811, in Estill County, KY. William G was born 22 Mar 1788 in Wilkes Co, NC; died 28 Sep 1866 in California. This link is my direct ancestory, so I have a great deal of decendancy information for them. William G's father was John Hulen born abt 1768 in Wilkes Co, Nc; died 24 Dec 1804 in Madison, KY. His mother was Peggy Taylor; I don't have any additional information about her yet. John's father was William George Hulen, born 20 Jan 1732 in Bristol Parish, VA; died before 25 Oct 1785 in Wilkes Co, NC. Mother was Sarah (?); born abt 1753. I am trying to find William's (the elder) parents. I believe they may have been the generation that immigrated to the States from England. Prior to that, the Hulen's were from France. I am working on finding the immigration records, and ancestory prior to 1732; also any missing information on the people that I have. Does this help any? Terri
