I believe your James Cunningham Hulen is my gggg grandfather's brother. I have a George P Hulen whom I believe is the son of William Hulen and Jean Cunningham whom were married 02/15/1804 Rowan, North Carolina. There is two postings on James and Lucinda on Roots Web. I have Census Records
1850 Virginia Cass Illinois
James C Hewlin 1816 NC
Lucinda 1808 NC
Martha I 1836 NC
William B 1837 ILL
Mary E 1841 NC
Charles B 1839 Nc

1870 Padua, McLean, Illinois
James C Hulen 1816 NC
Lucinda 1809 NC
