Felix appears in the 1900 Greenwood Co., Kansas census under the name Phelix. He also appears in the 1910 through 1930 censuses in the same location. All report him as born in Virginia with his father born in VA and usually his mother born in WV or VA. Unfortunately the 1880 IL and 1870 VA censuses would seem to indicate he was orphaned by one or both parents. I suggest getting his death certificate and obituary.

Several people are working on George: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=Search&includedb=&lang=en&ti=&surname=hull&stype=Exact&given=george&bplace=&byear=&brange=0&dplace=&dyear=&drange=0&mplace=&myear=&mrange=0&father=&mother=&spouse=sarah+clay*&skipdb=&period=All&submit.x=Search

I don't know their sources and I suggest verifying their data such as through his death certificate and obituary if they haven't already.
