Hi Katherine.
On researching my Andrew Hume(b) 1747 in Larne, Family in Ireland, I found the Following.
GOOGLE Passenger List-Andremache 1838-1839 Plymouth to Port Jackson. Move down Pasenger list to 82 thru 91.
Passenger 91 HUME, MRS (mother of above) is Likely Ann Sterling.
Also Google Hume Family Australia
This is Info on George Hume 1816-1850.
There is also a thanks to Sue Ginn for the story on George
