Blanche Humes, 1868-- and K. P. T. Simmons in PA

Help! The Rev. Kiddoo Paul Thomas Simmons, b. Abt 1865 in PA; married Blanche Humes in 1898 and had four children: Robert H. Simmons (b. 1898); Jane? F. Simmons (b. 1902); Charles Simmons (b. 1096); and Horace Simmons (b. Abt. 1910). The family lived in Allegheny, Mercer and Westmoreland Cos. PA and apparently also in Alabama, Georgia and Ohio (based on where various children were born (but I havenít found census references for the last three states).

Blanche Humes was born in 1869, the daughter of Robert Dunn Humes and Jennie S. Dickey, and the granddaughter of Mary Negley and Great granddaughter of Felix Negley and Ruth Horton.

K. P. T. Simmons was a Presbyterian minister, the son of Phillip and Jane Simmons. I have found Rev. K. P. T. Simmons in the 1900, 1920 and 1930 censuses married to Blanche.

My questions include: When and where did K. P. T. Simmons die? When and where did Blanche Humes Simmons die? And the real kicker, did the Rev. K. P. T. Simmons also marry Pearl P. Humes, the younger sister of Blanche? IF so, when and where.
