WWI Draft Registration Card:

Laurance Nemeth, b. 10 March 1891, Hungary, a naturalized US citizen, has wife and three children, a miner by profession; dated 5 June 1915 in Logan, West Virginia

Lawrence/Laurence is not a Hungarian spelling. You may want to check Lajos.

His naturalization record should give his date of emigration. I found a Lajos Nemet (note spelling), arriving in New York, aboard the Slavonia on 28 December 1908 (sailed out of Fiume), aged 17, last of Omalomsek (spelling???), gives his father Nemet Ferenz of the same place as next of kin, bound for Stoniza(?), Virginia. Seems to be travelling with a Jozsef Nemet, aged 30, last of Vakas, Hungary, bound for the same place -- Jozsef's brother-in-law, Vi?? (hard to read) Janos of Stonega, Virginia.

Note the traditional format of a person's name, with the last name first, and first name last. Likely someone else on this board whose grasp of Hungarian is better than mine can give you a more exact spelling of the name of the village.
