Dear Mr. Morrison,
first before all it would be good, if you could send me a copy to my own e-address to decode the most important detail, what you wrote as ??? = the town's name, whereto the declaration says. It is absolutely understandable, that to read well and to copy a handwriting is problematic for a person, who does't not know well the language.
It is a declaration, and the declarator is saying about Ms Máté, who probably came to Mr Györkös, from county Zala, Hungary. I am not sure, but maybe the declarator tells, that he will give the necessary things for Ms Máté's life probable in the USA.

To send the same letters usually is better on private. Not too earlier a letter was sent getting translation on public - but the person wrote about the sender's relative, who was in prison. So it is really a personal thing, is not it?
