"MY" Huson is a Ellis Island Given name. My gransfather came to the US ~1908. I have had no luck finding the original name. "HUIZEN" means to live or to dwell in Dutch, so i wonder if grampa was answering another questionand that became his name. The reason I wonder is that my husband's granfather on his wy in was renamed Michael Michael Krautsak, as I am sure the Ellis Island workers were worked beyond human capabilities.
