Dear Bob Huson;
I possess a copy of a shiplog recounting (in 1880) adventures while sailing to Vancouver BC. There are three references to a "West Huson" The original (log) is in a safe deposit box belonging to my 84 year old mother, Marie Huson. It was in my grandfather's personal papers. He passed away in 1962. This log was apparently a family possesion. His father, Thomas Robinson Huson died in Vancouver (reportedly but unproven) in August 1880 (about) and is supposedly buried ther under an alias although never verified. I would like to have knowledge of your research. It might help me with this mysterious "disappearance" of my great-grandfather. I am fairly certain there is a family-link here, otherwise why would he(my grandfather Thomas Robert Huson) have had this ship's logbook?
Sincerely,
Elisabeth Huson-Goodman
