Yes, we DO have a connection. I recently found the marriage of my uncle Samuel Hedgecock to May Fountain on Sep 5 1914 at St.Peters Aldborough Hatch. He died in 1916, I suspect of war injuries. His son John was a beneficiary of the will of Samuel's father, who died in 1920 - no mention of Ida.
My grandmother, Emma Huson, was also born in Heigham in 1856, but married Samuel Thomas Hedgecock - her parents were Edward Richard Huson, a brazier and Harriet Hannah née Hall.
