HUTH/JERSIG Connection....Fayette Co. TEXAS

Anyone out there with central Texas connections, I am trying to locate any information on the following:

Mrs. Pauline HUTH decease 8/20/1901 and is buried in Ledbetter, Fayette, TX. Husband is unknown.

There was at least one daughter:
Florentine HUTH who's first husband Louis SCHOENBERG died by accident. They had two daughters, Pauline and Bertha. Florentine is also buried in the same cemetery.

It is known that Florentine then remarried a Herman STUERMER of Ledbetter, Fayette, TX. There is still a small general store there that bears their name. Their son, Valdor STUERMER died in 1983.

I am trying to locate this family because Florentine was the Aunt of Oscar JERSIG. JERSIG is by far the most uncommon, mysterious name to research. There seem to be small pockets, but no one is able to connect the families backwards. Anyway, Oscar JERSIG was my great-grandfather's sisters husband. I would like to try and connect all of this together finally. If by chance you might have info, could you please contact me?
