Mr. Hutter,
Thank you for the information. I have looked at my Great Grandmother's year of birth and it is 1897. That means her parents (Joseph Kremple & Teresa Hutter)were probably born in the late 1870's. Teresa is the youngest of 10 children born to John Hutter & Catherine Beker.(or Katherine Becker)Making John Hutter born somewhere in the mid to late 1850's or so.(I am guessing)Now I have no idea how many siblings John Hutter had. It could be that John is the relative in the time frame that you are looking for. I do know that the last name of Hutter in my family has the 2 dots above the U for the Umla-oo in German---but that changes nothing. Many things changed in people's last names I have come to find out. As far as where the family came from---My Great Grandmother was born in Austria-Hungary in a small town called Pacs. I certainly hope some of this will help. You can e-mail me directly if you'd like. It is shelby969.oh@netzero.net Feel free.

Michelle
