Hutters in Texas

Am looking for information on William H Hutter (my maternal grandfather), his father Charles, his paternal grandmother Theresa. From the census his grandmother was a widow (age 46 in 1860). Theresa was born in Prussia, her husband was from Hungary. The census shows them being in the Austin city limits since 1860. William was listed as being on the USS Chester in 1920 and in 1930 in Philadelpia PA with wife Marie (whose father was born in Russia and her mother in France) (this makes sense as the history of the USS Chester (the first one) has the Chester going to Russia in 1917 and in France. The ship was decommissioned in 1921.

I don't know where else to look. Does anyone have any information at all? Would greatly appreciate any assistance.
