Earl Owen Efaw b. 16 May 1896. Who is his father?

I am trying to sort out Earl Efaw and who his father could be.

Earl Owen Efaw b. 16 May 1896 in Centerville, Appanoose Co. Iowa. He is found in the 1900 IA Census, Appanoose Co. living with Edd and Ade (Addie)Mackey as a nephew and his mother Effey Efaw as a widowed sister-in-law. Earl's mother born Nov 1877 IL.
The above Ade/Addie Mackey is a daughter of Allen Efaw and Melissa Parrish. Addie b. May 1871 in Illinois. Addie's husband died before 1910 and she re-married Russell Hamilton.

I find that Earl Efaw's mother re-married Fred Strout and in 1910, they are living in Precinct 5, Pueblo Co., CO.

1920 finds Earl Efaw in Fowler, Otero Co., Colorado with a wife Lydia.

1930 finds Earl Efaw in Fondis, Elbert Co., Colorado with a wife Marjorie H and daughter Ada Ellen Efaw.
