John McCabe wife Eleanor Angle, brother William McCabe

I am looking for John McCabe b. 1828 married to Eleanor Angle b. 1830 they moved from Saratoga Co. New York, to Shoals Twp. Iowa, March 1856. I know that John had a brother William that stayed in New York. Does anyone know who the McCabe brothers parents, siblings, aunts or uncles etc. are? I am stuck at John and cannot go any further on his family. I have no dates on brother William. Any information will be very helpful. I have also heard that there might be American Indian heritage in the family.
