The 1920 US Federal Census for Pleasant Twp., Appanoose Co., Iowa, Cincinnati (town), lists:

Delpha E., daughter
Delcie N., daughter
Charles W. Roe signed his World War I draft registration card while living in Cincinnati, Iowa, on Sept 12, 1918, listing wife Myrtle, and stating that he had blue eyes and dark hair, and was of medium build.
In the US Federal census enumerated in April 1930, he is listed in Centerville, Iowa, Appanoose Co., as C. Will Roe:
C. Will Roe, age 45, married at age 21
Myrtle Roe, age 42, married at age 17
Daris Roe, son, age 22, b. OK
Darl Roe, son, age 17, b. MO
Delpha Roe, daughter, age 14, b. IA
Delcie Roe, daughter, age 12, b. Kansas

Daniel Roe, son, 1, b. IA
Southern, Dartley, daughter, age 19, married at age 17, b. MO (No husband for her is in the household)
