KRUICHAK Quintin L. (Max) Kruichak, 80, of Cuba, N.M., passed away Feb. 28 in Albuquerque with his loving family beside him. Max was born Feb. 25, 1926, in Sparta, Wisc., to Max John and Olive (Haney) Kruichak. He married Dora Bonone on June 24, 1950, in Albuquerque. Max worked as a mill man for the Jaynes Corp. Max proudly served his country in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army. Max and Dora resided in Cuba for the past 14 years. Max loved and enjoyed the mountains to the fullest. Max is survived by his wife, Dora "Boots" of the home; son, Max Kruichak of Sandia Park; granddaughter, Jessica Kruichak; daughter-in-law, Eileen Snyder; brothers, Vincent Kruichak and wife Jean, Ray Myers and wife Ramona; sisters, Konnie Gush and husband Jack, Faye Gibson and husband Bill; numerous nieces and nephews; and many, many friends. His parents, Max and Olive Kruichak, preceded him in death. Max will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. All who knew and loved him will miss Max.
