His obituary says he was born in 1819 in Schleswig-Holstein. I can't find any other info about what town he might have come from. His wife was Margretha Saltze. She died in Davenport in 1901 and was also born in Schleswig-Holstein in 1822. Any leads would be helpful to me. Thanks. Notify Administrator about this message?
