I've found Frank or Franklin M Gray in Ringgold county on the 1900, 1910, 1920, and 1930 census
Born Oct 1850 in Ohio to Ohio parents
Wife Celia, b. May 1854 OH to Ohio parents, m. abt 1876, 2 children
daughters Bertha P, b. Aug 1883, Iowa
and Etta, b. Nov 1886, Iowa
No record of sons.

1895 census has a Newton Gray in this household, age 40, b. in Indiana

Mary A, 31 OH
Mary J 12 OH
Franklin M, 10, b. OH
