Samuel W Fittro (son of Samuel & Hannah WEBB) born 4/03/1830 Licking Co., OH, married Elizabeth (Betsey) IRELAND on Aug. 27, 1853 in Louisa Co., IA. Samuel died in 1915 and is buried in Cedar Vale, KS.
Elizabeth died in Decatur Co., IA, on March 19, 1864. Per census records their children were: John M born 1854 IA, Julia (Juliet) A b 1856 IA, Joseph b 1857 IA, Josephine B 1859 IA, and Alice b 1864 IA. Alice married Cyrus Jackson late in life and may have had one dau. John M married Charlotte A and had a daughter, Ula S., who married in 1909 Edward S Pelton b KS in Garfield Co., OK
I can supply Elizabeth (IRELAND) FITTRO's ancestry. The piece I am missing is the burial site of Elizabeth's mother, Catherine (LEE) IRELAND.
