My grandfather was Frank Marino. Perhaps his Italian name was Francesca Marino. He was the son of Antonio Marino and Mary Zario of Lipari. He was reportedly born in Lapari or Palermo on September 29, 1888. He moved to Boston when he was 12 years old and lived there for the remainder of his life. He had 17 children, including my father. He passed away over 20 years ago. My father is old now and has never been to Italy. I wish to take him to visit Lipari and to meet any distant relatives that we may have there. I hope to make contact with some agency in Lipari that can assist me to locate those relatives. Does anyone know whom I can contact for this assistance?
