Iacovino Family from Puglia, Italia
Posted by: Arthur M. Tasker Date: November 20, 2001 at 14:48:13

My grandfather, Giovanni battisa Iacovino emigrated with his wife from Biccari, near Foggia and Lucera, in Puglia in the late 1880s. He ended up in Auburn New YOrk, where he prospered and raised a family of five children.

I have a family tree including him that goes back to the mid 18th century with all descendants accouned for up to the early 1990s. Nearly all remained in Italy or emigrated to the US.

Would be interested in communicationg with other possible family members.
