I have been trying to find Something About my Dad`s Family .I recently found i have a cousin who is doing the same thing. Her name i Brenda (Brooks) Iames. i havn`t seen her in 40 yrs. t found her on the internet, Our grandfather is McKinley Iames and our Grandmother was Wilma Sanders. Our Great Grandfather was James Lewis Iames And our Great Grandmother was Elisbeth Cooper. the name Iames Started with William Iiames(or Ijams) and Elizabeth Cheyney. I belive a "Chaney" married one of Wilma Sanders Sisters.Sorry! Elizabeth Cheyney`s last name is spelled Iiams. Who were William Iiames and Elizabeth Cheyney Iiams? Others spwlled thier names Iams or Iames. WE have the same commom ancester. WHO? I got this informaton from an angel named Roberta Iiames. Roberta, can you help me more?
