Third, I do Imes, Iams, Iiames, Ijames research. I don't have anything on James Boyd Iams, I do have quite a few individuals named Hugh. Please try to go back a little further with names and dates. The U.S. Census for 1890 for almost all of the states was destroyed by fire in 1920. Therefore, there is a gap from 1880 to 1900 in the census making it difficult to find individuals. I have some Hugh Iams' in Iowa & Missouri. They could have moved on to OK.
If you can get the names of Jugh Jasper Iams' siblings that would help. Roberta
