This is a coincidence as I have just learned that we have Iannaccone ancestors from Monteforte. We are piecing the details together now, but it looks like the following are our connections, in case it helps anyone.
Maria Iannaccone (perhaps from Chieti, or Irpino) had a daughter named Rosa [b 1900, d 1930]. I think she was adopted by Parisi Desapio (of Monteforte) [b ~1856 - d ~1946] and Raffaela Iannaccone [b Nov 24, 1865 - d April 15, 1959]. These folks all moved to Brooklyn/Bronx between 1900 and 1920.
The death certificate for Raffaela Iannaccone suggests that her ancestor (Mother?) was Gionvanni Amodeo, perhaps also from Monteforte.
