I have a Jane or Jennie Forrestor who came from the Scotch borderlands, whose father or grandfather was supposed to have served at the castle in Edinburgh [not properly researched yet]. She married an Ibbotson [first name unknown], had a daughter Kathleen Ibbotson born Oct 2, 1877 in Wakefield Yorks, and also Oswald, Stephen, Nelly, James and Jenny. Jenny ended up in Pickering Canada. After the death of her husband, Jane/Jennie Forrestor married again, to John Butterworth, and we have no more info about her. Kathleen Ibbotson was my great grandmother, married Herbert Pardoe, and I do have more info on her and her descendants.
