Pickett/Towell, 1881 Wagon train from MO

My great-grandparents, William Harvey PICKETT and Lucinda TOWELL Pickett (daughter of Alexander TOWELL & Emily FLETCHER Towell) came to Middle Valley (Midvale, Washington County, Idaho) on the 1881 wagon train. Emily Fletcher TOWELL kept a diary of the trip and it's available on the internet for anyone who would like to read it. The PICKETT family is traced back to 1790 in Rowan County, NC. Family tradition says the PIQUOTs were French Hugeunots who emigrated to England or Wales before coming to America, which they probably did during the late 1600s. Name spellings include: PIQUOT, PICQUOT, PIQUETTE, PIGGOTT, PICKET & PICKETT.
I have more information about the Pickett family as well as various side branches of their family.
