Hi Chris, Thanks for the info. But I need dates or at least years of birth for your grandfathers brothers and sister. What is your grandmother's maiden name?
When you said that your mom said that your great grandmother comes from the home of Maskala, does that mean her surname is Maskala? If not what was it?
Do you know who Wojtech's parents were?
Does your aunt go to St. Stanislaus church in Frydman?
If she does, maybe she can go to the church and ask the priest to look uo Wojtech's birth record. That would give his parents names
Ask your mom if she or your aunt knew of an Agnes Brincska (nee Iglar) who died in 1965 in Frydman, she was the wife of Joseph Brincska. She is my grandmother's sister.
My grandmother Dorothea Iglar was born in 1887 in house#25 in Frydman.
Right now I am going through the 1869 census of Frydman. That would probably be the era of your great great grandparents.
