Dear Richard,
Found your Igleheart/Iglehart Rootsweb pages. So very interesting to me on several levels. My grandfather saved many letters (many containing original poems)that descendant Frank Iglehart Odell wrote to him in the early 1900s. I came across a letter of my grandfather's about genealogy written from Evansville,IN in about 1912 saying that Frank's mother was an Iglehart and he believed that he and Frank had some family connection. They were goodfriends and I seefrom your work that they were also distant cousins because I have that Jacob and Jane Igleheart were my 5th great grand uncle and aunt. We do have some differing material so according to yours there might be a closer connection. I need to compare our information and will send you what I have. Mine gets sketchy that far back. I also did a search and found that Frank I.Odell published either a book or in a magazine: (I haven't followed this through yet)
Database: Biography & Genealogy Master Index (BGMI)

Odell, Frank Iglehart 1886-
Biography Index. A cumulative index to biographical material in books and
magazines. Volume 2: August, 1949-August, 1952. New York: H.W. Wilson Co.,

Indiana Authors and Their Books, 1816-1916. Biographical sketches of authors
who published during the first century of Indiana statehood with lists of
their books. Compiled by R.E. Banta. Crawfordsville, IN: Wabash College,
1949. (IndAu 1816)
I also found a marriage record abstract which lists his dob and marriage date and place:
Index to Marriage Records Vanderburgh County, 1846-1920 Inclusive Volume V
ODell Frank I.Helen Heilman July 22 1886 W Sept 1 1914 57 118. Her dob is
listed as Aug 16, 1886
If memory serves me I believe that I have a letter written by Helen and
poss. a photo since I think the 3 of them were in school together. My
grandfather's name was Leslie Carson Nanney and his grandmother was Hester
Ann Miller, d/o Jesse Bourbon Miller and his first wife Jeanette Igleheart,
d/o Jacob and Anne Beall Igleheart. It gives me such satisfaction to start
to bring these dangling threads together of Frank and my grandfather. I look
forward to hearing from you and thanks so much for sharing your interesting
family history on Rootsweb!
Regards,
Shera
