Thanks for the info. Lawson and Emaline were actually Reformed Mormons (I think that's what it was considered) and he was excommunicated or whatever you call getting the boot was. I can't remember what the term was, but it was right about the time the Mormons were moving westward and the church split. I think I have the info at home on my computer. I'll keep that link though, thanks. One of the other Ikerds from the Washington or Oregon area was doing some research at the end of last year or during the winter and they supposedly found out info about who Lawson's daddy was but I haven't heard for certain what was found. Records in this area are so hard to find and verify, especially without being there in person. Anyway, thanks again and if I find anything, I'll be sure to post. Thanks, Sebrina
