Elizabeth Harper was born in 1807 in IL. She is possible the daughter of Thomas Harper with possible siblings, William, Robert, Thomas,James and John. Elizabeth married Vincent C. Segraves in 1832 in Clinton Co. IL. She had two children, Thomas Henry born 1833 Clinton Co. IL and Louisa Born 1836 Randolph Co. AR. Elizabeth died shortly thereafter.
