If you write for a couple's marriage application, the application will give the details of each of their parents' names, the applicant's current address, date of birth, place of birth, etc. The University charges a nominal fee for photocopy costs - they are researched and mailed by Graduate students of the school. They send the invoice with the information and you send them back the amount owed. You may want to write for further details to see if this is still current.
