Ida or Jennie Toombs Carpenter 1900 Census

I'm looking for Ida Carpenter born 1862 in Texas. She was living in Ottawa, Illinois in 1880 but it appears she was living in Cook County in 1900. I've been looking for her husband Urbane T. but he disappeared after 1880, so I think she must be a widow in 1900. She may have also gone by Jennie Ida and her maiden name is Toombs, parents born in England. Anyway, I believe that she is the Ida I'm looking for in Cook County. Does anyone have access to the 1900 Cook County Census? Thank you.
