Well, so sorry it has been such a struggle! When you DO have results, it will be all that much more exciting!!!!!
Meanwhile, I find the Dodge family absolutely fascinating to read about..all the way from Tristram, the progenitor of the family who settled on Block Island, R. I. (and once owned Noman's Island which has scads of info on the internet), to reading about Lydia Dodge nee Rogers family who contained a maverick Baptist preacher who founded the Rogernes Faith that remained in existance until 1800's...what a guy he must have been...interesting that his wife divorced him in a day and age when that wasn't very likely!
It's also interesting that our Dodge line contained the only known father/son to sit in the Senate of the USA at the same time!
