Carrie Blackmer Moore will

Is there SKS with access to the probate records who can tell me if Carrie Moore left a will? She was killed by a railroad engine in Clinton, 4 Jan. 1928.
The ensuing headlines told of her death, then of her inquest, then of her miserliness with money and uncashed checks and even her dead husband's insurance policy.
She owned two pieces of property but lived in rodent infested squalor.
Carrie's only child was dead, but she had two grandsons, Jake and Elbert Moore, both of Litchfield, and she left a step daughter in "Council Bluffs."
I am trying to locate this stepdaughter.
Anna (Hannah) Mabel Moore married 21 Aug. 1894, John Herman.
Anna was on the 1900 census as a widow. Her child "Babe" Herman lived with her father, George Moore, and her step mother, Carrie Moore. I have no idea if Anna remarried or if so, to whom. One marriage record has an Anna Herman married to William Townsend Moore in 1900, but I've not located either one in any census.

If I could find Anna and her descendants, I will have completed one more chapter in my Johannes Conrad Mohr with his 14 children manuscript.
