Looking for information on Thomas Huston Wright.
He was born abt. 1776 in the York District of South Carolina, married Susannah Garrison. In about 1815 or so he moved to White County, IL where he resided until after the 1830 census, probably moving when he purchased land in 1835 in what is now Randolph Township in McLean County.
He died on 12 Oct 1859 in De Witt County.
His children are:
Jacob Chambers Wright (1804-1875) m. Nancy Elliot Rutledge
William Garrison Wright (1810-1890) m. Leah Harp
Margaret Wright (1913-1871) m. Henry Pitts
Mary Ann Wright (a 1815-abt 1849) m. Thomas Lamb
Thomas Huston Wright (1816-1853) m. Lucinda Watt (Birchfield)
James Wright (abt 1820-aft 1850) never married
Jane Barry Wright (1823-1854) m. George M. Hensley
Would like to find his parents. Looking for a will or an obituary or a family bible or anything that may assist.
