You just made a connection for me: I am related to the Harp's of De Witt Co. Leah Harp (m. William G. Wright Sr.) is the d/o Tyre Harp and Catherine DALE and granddaughter of Alexander DALE and Leah HARNER (probably her namesake). I wasn't previously aware of WGW's ancestors or (all of his) siblings. I descend from one of Alexander Dale's sons, Joshua.

It happens that I hope to make a research trip to De Witt County (and nearby areas) in late July, digging for info on my Dale's, Harp's, Shipley's, etc. I'll be focusing on those lines but if anything on Thomas H. Wright catches my eye, I'll certainly take down the info.
