The birth records for J and M's two sons born in Illinois give her maiden name as Taylor. So, I found a marriage record for her to a George Snyder, 1876. (haven't discovered what happened to him yet) Her parents, therefore, I have as James and Sarah Taylor of Harp Twp, Dewitt Co, IL. I work in retail electronics, so am pretty busy right now. Give me a couple of weeks to get some information together for you. .... almost forgot... Joseph Sr's sister, Lydia Melissa, was my gggrandmother. Thanks again ... Debbie.
