Herbert O. Fedder, age 96 and a 50 year resident of Frankfort, passed away Oct. 28. He was the beloved father of Carolyn (late George) Ohs and Joanne (Edward) Bettenhausen. He was the dear brother of Dorothy (late Walter) Bleke and Earl (Doris) Fedder. Herbert was the loving grandfather of six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his late wife, Lydia. Herbert had been a broker in the real estate profession and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 1, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Hirsch Memorial Chapel, 7151 W. 183rd Street in Tinley Park, with a Funeral Service following at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Fairmount-Willow Hills Cemetery in Willow Springs. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 259 Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423.
