Looking for information about my grandfathers sister who was sent to the St. Charles Training School for Girls in the early 1900's. Her name was Cathering Louetta Smith aka Cassie and would have been 12-14yo when she arrived. Was born in Southern Illinois, probably Masaac County, in the 1890's. Do they keep records back that far ?
