Polly SEIBERT (b. 1820) of PA & IL

I'm trying to research my GG Grandmother by the name of Polly SEIBERT. Specifically, I'd like to determine if she was the same Polly SEIBERT who was born ABT 1820 in Berks County, PA and was the daughter of Solomon SEIBERT and Maria SCHEIRER.

Here's what I know about my Polly: She was born on 8/12/1820 in "Reckling", PA and died on 12/21/1873 in West Salem, Edwards County, IL. She married Adam SCHAADT (sometimes listed as SHORT) on 12/27/1857 and they had two children, Susan & Reuben. From Adam's will, it appears that he had a stepson named Jeremiah Dixon and that this was Polly's son. In the 1860 and 1870 Fed. Census, Polly was listed as Mary. However, her marriage cert with Adam lists her as Pauline.

I know that the Solomon SEIBERT family moved west to Illinois and settled in the Wabash County area around 1834. Wabash County borders Edwards. They came from Berks County, PA and some indicate they may have lived in Rockland. I have yet to find a Reckling, PA, but it sounds similar to Rockland.

Any help would be appreciated.

Steve
