I am working on a John lewelling b 1797 NC married to Nancy Coley b 1805 halifax NC both died in New Harmony Smith Texas .They were married about 1819 supposedly in Halifax although when I went there I found no record of it. They had 2 sons Edwin b1819 and John William b Jun 1 1833 I just recently found out Johns middle name. The rest of the kids were female 3 born in NC and 3 born in Lincoln TN ,from TN they went to Effingham ILL where my John was born.ending in Texas .Any information on this family appreciated.charlene
