Saline township 1814-1820

I am looking for a map that shows the boundaries of Saline township of Gallatin county in 1814 -1820.

I am trying to determine exactly where in Gallatin county my gt gt grandfather, Henry Wilton, lived, from about 1812 to between 1820-1830. The Illinois land sales database shows him purchasing land in section 10, Twp 10S, Range 8E (present Eagle Creek township.) The BLM web site does not show a patent ever issued for that land, so I wonder if he ever completed the payment. Payment shown in the transcription of the Shawneetown Land District Records 1814-1820 do not show payments totaling the price of the land. However, in 1820 he is appointed one of the trustees of "lands reserved for the use of schools in Township no. 10 in Range no. 8 "(present day Eagle Creek township).

The transcription of the Gallatin County Court Records 1813-1820 show Henry Wilton appointed constable of Saline township in Dec 1814 and again in 1817. He is also appointed "Supervisor of Barkers road from the middle of the swamp between the fords of Eagle Creek to Ensmingers ferry on the Saline..."

I have the 1875 map from the Gallatin county GenWeb site. I cannot get the 1812 and 1816 maps to open in my browser.

Any help on the physical locations of any of the places would be very much appreciated.
