help requested with location of land in Gallatin--plat map?

Could someone with plat map describe the location of the following land:

W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 5 Twp 9S Range 9E Meridian 3

This land was purchased by Thomas Hudson in 1820.

Is there an online site for finding map location of land via its legal description?
