I am looking for any and all information on the Graves' in Shawneetown,IL. My great grandfather Jerome Henry Graves was born in Shawneetown in 1890. He and his two sisters were orphaned at an early age. He was told that his father went hunting in Shawnee Forest and never came back and his mother Hattie died later. He is living with Isabel Martin in 1900 in Elk Prairie twp., Jefferson Co.,IL. When he was an adult he went looking for his sisters and the Bean family knew where to find them.
