Mt. Oval Cemetery

If anyone thinks they might have ancestors buried in Mt. Oval Cemetery, there is a book on file at the Carmi Historical Center that gives a row by row list of people interred there who have marked graves PLUS a list of people (like my grgrgrandmother) who are buried there, and are listed on the cemetery plat, but who do not have markers (page 51)Our family has ordered a marker for our ancestor, Pleasant Stegall Collins Harris, 1824-1904.
Mt. Oval is in the very corner of HAMILTON COUNTY, Indian Creek Township, near the juncture of four counties: Hamilton, Gallatin, White, and Saline.
Good luck!
