20 February 1936

Oglesby, Robert, born: 02 Aug 1871 near McLeansboro; died: 10 Feb 1936 at home in Sesser; son of John W & Melvina Johnson Vaughn Oglesby. Married Sarah Margaret Tatom, 19 February 1891; 10 children, 5 survive: Ross Oglesby of Beaman, Iowa, Mrs Pearl Chapman,Mrs Ruby Binder & Mrs Elsie Fredette all of Chicago, Mrs Ruth Whittington. Leaes 2 sisters: mrs Sam Miller of McLeansboro & Mrs Loren Kittinger of Mt Vernon. One son, Ralph died 10 years ago.
